Office Park Design
Pin Oak Park is an office park consisting of over 20 small office buildings that have been designed to resemble the Houston Heights homes from the 20’s and 30’s. They have steps leading up to a cozy front porch, and they are painted in soft tones that are pleasing to the eye. There are 7 waterfalls and an earthen pot fountain that add a certain charm and comfortable feel to the areas around the offices. The overall development was designed with pavestone walkways and several sitting areas with park benches that add to the overall connectivity of the site.
Parking
At Pin Oak Park there are no long walks or crowded parking garages. You and your customers will enjoy parking just a few steps away from the office and walking on cobblestone walkways beside groomed blooming shrubs.
Landscaping
Pin Oak Park truly is a park-like setting where you can relax between meetings. Take a break and sit on a park bench at any of the 8 stone patios, listen to the birds, hear the sounds of a rock waterfall, or watch a Monarch Butterfly.
Numerous blooming plants and shrubs have been planted on the grounds, around the buildings, and along the walkways. Some of the plants that beautify the grounds are: knockout roses, nearly wild roses, esperanza, butterfly iris, hibuscus, lorapetalum, coppertone loquat, dwarf bottlebrush, dwarf red nandina, japonica, walters viburnum, giant lirope, natal plum, ginger, aztec grass, mexican petunia, sago palm, and mexican heather.
Tree Preservation Project
There are at least 15 species of trees that are growing in Pin Oak Park. When the development was built, as many trees as possible were saved. Those that have since died have been replaced with new trees. Some of the species represented are: Pin Oak, Water Oak, Red Oak, Loblolly Pine, Sweet Gum, Live Oak, and Bradford Pear. All of these trees add to the charm and ambiance of Pine Oak Park.
On-site Property Management
Phil Baker, an owner/property manager has an office on-site for leasing, supervising maintenance of buildings and grounds, and to respond to tenant service issues.
Security
Pin Oak Park has a five foot rod iron security fence around the development. There are two entrances that are open during the day, and have security access in the evenings, nights and weekends. There are also security officers that routinely patrol and watch the property during the daytime, at nights and on weekends and holidays.
